Ingredients:
3 x Mashed Bananas (preferably overripe)
2 x Eggs
2 Tablespoons for yoghurt (coconut or Greek)
Bit less than 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg (optional)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 teaspoons of Coconut Sugar (or raw brown sugar)
1/3 Cup of Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 Cups of Almond Meal (or flour of your choice, if you use plain l’d suggest 1 cup plain and 1 cup self raising)
Optional:
1/2 cup of Crushed Walnuts
1/2 cup of Desiccated Coconut
1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
Method:

Mash Bananas in large mixing bowl

Add the wet ingredients to the mixing bowl (Eggs, maple syrup and yoghurt) and mix together

Add dry ingredients (nutmeg, cinnamon, almond meal/flour, coconut sugar, walnuts, coconut and chia seeds)

Mix thoroughly

Place into baking tray and cook on 180 until golden and cooked through
